Orders and delivery

When will I receive my order?

You can find delivery information at the bottom of each product page.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package. Home delivery is free for orders over €100. In-store pickup remains free.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Modifications are possible under certain conditions before production. Cancellation is possible until that point, with a refund within 5 to 7 days.

Withdrawals and returns

How do I collect my order for in-store pickup?

On the day of the event, go to the designated stand (location, date and times indicated for each event). Present your order confirmation and a piece of identification.

What should I do if I cannot retrieve my order?

Please notify us promptly by email at service.client.mes@gmail.com. We offer either reshipment at your expense or a refund. You can also authorize someone else to collect your items.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return your items within 14 days if they are new and have tags attached. Personalized products are not returnable. Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.

Do the sizes correspond to French standards?

We use standard European sizes. A size guide is available on each product page to help you choose.

Do you offer eco-friendly products?

Yes, thanks to on-demand production that avoids waste. We prioritize organic cotton and recycled polyester, certified OEKO-TEX or GOTS. We also work with European suppliers to limit transportation and support the local economy.

Measure yourself and compare your measurements to the available size chart. If in doubt, it's best to choose the larger size.
